Utilizing a socioculturally attuned and integrative approach, I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Theory, Client-Centered, and Trauma-informed approaches. I meet you each session exactly where you are in order to provide a warm, comforting, and healing environment that fits your unique needs.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about providing therapy to people across the lifespan from young children (age 6-12), teens, adults, and couples. I work with a variety of mental health issues including personality disorders, sex and love addiction, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, sexuality, grief, life transitions, and body image issues.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Gender Studies from Kenyon College in Ohio and hold a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. While at USC, I concentrated on the treatment of low-income, young adults at Pelican Cove Counseling Center, a psychodynamic training center in Alhambra, California. Post graduation, I worked in community mental health at The Village Family Services in North Hollywood, California where she provided wraparound care for acute client cases. Most recently, I have worked at SoCal DBT in Beverly Hills, where I have received extensive training in treating Borderline Personality Disorder and providing Comprehensive Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
